Account Executive: Mid-Market (East)

Candidates must be located in the North Asia region and possess at least three years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of two years of experience selling into Greater China. A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC). Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is also necessary.
The Account Executive will communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment, proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team, meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets, maintain accurate SFDC data, resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes, act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience, and build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
